My work sits where business functions meet. The decisions that connect finance to operations, people to performance, and technology & AI to business value. Always with an eye on what the business needs next.
As an Executive Director and Board Member at PLS, I work across operations, governance, finance, people and infrastructure. Building teams and systems has shaped a simple belief: growth only holds when the business underneath it does.
My career has taken me through sales and marketing at EastCoast Builders, business development and mortgage finance at HDFC, customer service operations at Convergys and into business leadership at PLS. Along the way, I have built functions, led teams and put the systems behind growth in place. I value clear ownership, honest numbers and decisions that make sense beyond the next quarter.
Previous roles include Board Advisor and Fractional COO at Blubird Integrated Services and Board Member & Advisor at Howl & Mane Productions.
From customer-facing roles to building functions, leading change and contributing at board level.
